Unauthenticated log disclosure via reusable download token
Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026
Improper access control in REST API Log before 1.7.1 allows remote attackers with any valid download token to read arbitrary log entries. The REST download endpoint accepts a hash issued for one entry when a caller substitutes another entry ID and performs no capability check. Possession of any valid download token is required; successful exploitation exposes recorded requests or responses, including credentials, authentication tokens, or private content.
