Arbitrary command execution via shell-enabled Git helpers

OS command injection in Umi 4.6.0 through 4.6.63 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted file path. The exported getFileCreateInfo and getFileLastModifyInfo helpers pass the filePath argument to cross-spawn with shell execution enabled, causing shell metacharacters to be interpreted as commands. Exploitation requires an application, plugin, or tooling layer to supply an attacker-influenced path, and resulting commands run with the Node.js process privileges.
