Unauthenticated SQL injection via nested compare parameter
Published Sep 12, 2026 · Updated Sep 12, 2026
Time-based blind SQL injection in rtCamp rtMedia 4.7.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract database data via compare. RTMediaQuery::query() merges request data into its internal query, validates only top-level array keys, and lets a nested compare value reach an insufficiently prepared SQL query. A public page containing an rtMedia shortcode and an rtmedia_shortcode request parameter is sufficient; extraction is limited to data accessible to the WordPress database account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
