Client crash via unbounded version-list formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in rpcbind's rpcinfo on RHEL and OpenShift allows context-dependent attackers to crash the client via an RPC reply. rpcbdump() appends attacker-supplied version numbers with unbounded sprintf() calls into a 256-byte stack buffer without tracking remaining space. Exploitation requires an operator to run rpcinfo -s against a malicious or compromised endpoint; only the rpcinfo process crash is established.
