Unauthorized comment creation via unchecked AJAX handlers

Authorization bypass in Taskbuilder 5.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to add comments to any project or task. The wppm_submit_proj_comment and wppm_submit_task_comment AJAX handlers accept target identifiers without checking the caller's assignment or visibility, then store an insufficiently sanitized comment_body value. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; comments can target private records and persist arbitrary HTML and CSS, but no code execution is reported.
