Root command execution via VPN key injection

OS command injection in TP-Link Archer BE800 V1 before 1.4.2 Build 260708 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The VPN server endpoint in vpn.lua interpolates a user-controlled key into vpn_core.sh through execute(), while its allowlist accepts shell command-substitution characters. Administrative access from an adjacent network is required; successful execution grants full control of the router and can expose credentials or enable persistent backdoors.
