Authenticated cross-user notification deletion via missing ownership check

Broken access control in Metagauss ProfileGrid before 5.9.9.8 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' notifications. The pm_delete_notification action accepts an enumerated notification identifier without verifying that the referenced notification belongs to the requester. Any logged-in user, including a Subscriber, can remove sequentially identified notifications belonging to other accounts.
