Member roster disclosure via authorization-free AJAX handler

Missing authorization in ProfileGrid before 6.0.0.0 allows remote attackers to disclose private group member rosters via AJAX. The pm_get_all_users_from_group handler is exposed through WordPress's unauthenticated AJAX hook and returns the requested group's roster without a nonce or permission check. Any remote visitor who supplies an enumerable group ID can obtain member names, WordPress user IDs, online state, and suspension state even when roster visibility is disabled.
