Subscriber-level PHP execution via unchecked AJAX file path
Published Aug 7, 2026 · Updated Aug 7, 2026
Local file inclusion in Flipper Code WP Maps before 4.9.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute existing local PHP files. The wpgmp_ajax_call AJAX endpoint omits a capability check and passes an inadequately validated user-controlled path to PHP file inclusion. A Subscriber account is sufficient; execution is limited to existing local PHP files accessible to the WordPress process.
