Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized id parameter
Published Jul 19, 2026 · Updated Jul 19, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Class and Exam Timetabling System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via the id parameter. The edit_schoolyr.php endpoint places the unvalidated GET id value directly into a MySQL query, allowing crafted values to change the query structure. No login is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based database queries.
