CVE-2026-16216Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Staff-user OAuth token binding via predictable state

Published Jul 19, 2026 · Updated Jul 19, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in Geex Arts Django JET 1.0.0 through 1.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to bind victim OAuth tokens. The Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika grant flows place a predictable dashboard-module key in OAuth state, and callbacks trust it without checking the user, session, or module owner. Exploitation requires a staff attacker to create a module and induce another staff user to complete OAuth, storing the victim's third-party token in the attacker's module.
