Authenticated script injection via unneutralized course argument
Published Jul 19, 2026 · Updated Jul 19, 2026
Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Class and Exam Timetabling System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through /forCYS.php. The endpoint fails to neutralize executable markup supplied in the course argument before generating the response. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and passive interaction by another user, and the bounded impact is script-driven modification of browser-visible content.
