Admin takeover via loopback proxy trust

Authentication bypass in Sipeed PicoClaw 0.2.0 through 0.2.9 allows remote attackers to seize fresh launcher admin access. The IPAllowlist middleware in web/backend/middleware/access_control.go trusts a loopback TCP peer before evaluating allowed_cidrs, so a same-host proxy makes external traffic appear local. Exploitation requires an uninitialized dashboard, public launcher access, a restrictive allowed_cidrs setting, and a same-host proxy or forwarder; success sets the initial password and grants launcher administration.
