CVE-2026-16194Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal HTTP access via unchecked fetch URLs

Published Jul 18, 2026 · Updated Jul 18, 2026

Server-side request forgery in CowAgent 2.1.0 through 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses via crafted URLs. WebFetch.execute accepts model-supplied HTTP or HTTPS URLs, follows redirects, and fetches them without checking host resolution or rejecting private, loopback, link-local, or metadata addresses. Reaching the flaw requires influence over the agent tool plane; successful requests expose content available from the CowAgent host's network position.
