File disclosure via nginx query-path concatenation

Path traversal in Red Hat Open Security Issue Management before 2025.9.0 allows remote attackers to read files via crafted query parameters. The nginx configuration concatenates $uri with untrusted $args when resolving a request path, allowing traversal sequences to escape the intended web root. Exploitation requires network reachability but no authentication or user interaction; disclosure is limited to files readable by the non-root nginx process.
