Authenticated database disclosure via unescaped pattern interpolation
Published Aug 15, 2026 · Updated Aug 15, 2026
SQL injection in Invisible Anti-Spam & CAPTCHA 5.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract WordPress database data. Message-list queries interpolate administrator-defined Pattern JSON keys and values into SQL LIKE conditions without escaping the input. Editor-level access is required; successful injection appends SQL to existing queries and exposes sensitive information without reported write or availability impact.
