Authenticated SSRF via incomplete special-use IP blocklist

SSRF in GoClaw 3.15.0-beta.0 through 3.15.0-beta.32 allows remote authenticated users to request special-use IPv4 targets. CheckSSRF calls isPrivateIP before web_fetch sends a GET, but its hard-coded blocklist omits 198.18.0.0/15, so the request reaches the network sink. Operator-level access to the tool invocation API is required, and successful exploitation can read HTTP responses or trigger GET-based actions at reachable special-use addresses.
