Administrative permission degradation via unchecked composite deletion

Missing authorization in RoleContainerResource in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to degrade admin permissions. The name-based /admin/realms/{realm}/roles/{role-name}/composites path accepts a DELETE request without validating per-role modification permission. The caller must hold manage-realm permission; exploitation can remove manage-users, impersonation, or manage-clients from the built-in admin role and impair other realm administrators.
