Root access via deterministic Telnet password

Authentication bypass in Tenda AX12 Pro V2 firmware 16.03.49.24_cn allows remote attackers to obtain root access via Telnet. The Telnet initialization logic derives the root password from the device MAC address and a firmware-embedded static string, then Base64-encodes the combination. Telnet must be reachable over the local network or an exposed WAN interface; successful use grants UID 0 control of the router and its traffic.
