SSRF via unrecognized ISATAP-embedded private IPv4

SSRF in Sipeed PicoClaw 0.2.0 through 0.2.9 allows remote attackers to reach private HTTP services through web_fetch. The shared IP classifier fails to decode ISATAP IPv6 interface identifiers, so embedded loopback or private IPv4 destinations pass both URL preflight and connect-time checks. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled web_fetch input and can expose HTTP-reachable local interfaces, sidecars, metadata endpoints, or internal services.
