Duplicate agent actions via signed webhook replay

Authentication bypass in Sipeed PicoClaw 0.2.0 through 0.2.9 allows remote attackers to trigger duplicate agent actions via LINE webhook replay. The LINE handler accepts a valid signed webhook, returns 200, and dispatches every event without checking the stable message ID against replay or idempotency state. An attacker must capture a previously valid LINE-signed payload; replay can repeat replies, tool actions, task creation, or state transitions.
