Unauthorized member creation via exposed invitation bearer link

Permission bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to create unauthorized organization members through its REST API. The pending-invitations listing response returns an inviteLink containing a registration bearer token to delegated administrators who have manage-organizations but lack manage-users. That existing high-privilege role can reuse the exposed link to register a managed account without control of the invited mailbox, adding an unauthorized member without broader realm administration.
