JVM crash via unreleased gzip request inflaters

Denial of service in Eclipse Jetty 12.0.0 through 12.0.31 and 12.1.0 through 12.1.5 allows remote attackers to crash the JVM. GzipHandler creates a GzipRequest Inflater for a gzip-encoded request but does not call destroy() when the response is not gzip-compressed, so the object never returns to the inflater pool. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeat this request pattern to exhaust native and Java memory, producing an off-heap OutOfMemoryError and JVM crash.
