Account takeover via password-only second-factor rebinding

Improper authentication in miniOrange 2FA before 6.2.7 allows remote attackers with a user's password to take over that account. The pre-login challenge accepts configuration requests that replace the target account's existing factor with an attacker-controlled email destination. The attacker needs the target's valid password but no WordPress session; completing the delivered OTP grants the target's privileges, including Administrator access.
