Missing authorization in miniOrange 2FA before 6.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust email-OTP credits and block delivery. The mo_two_factor_ajax action accepts a replayable challenge nonce and attacker-supplied recipient for mo2f_send_otp_for_configuration without binding the request to the enrolling user. Email OTP, Subscriber-role 2FA, a funded remainingOTP pool, and one valid first-factor credential are required; exhaustion locks legitimate users out at the second factor without bypassing 2FA.
