Shell command execution via unescaped project name

OS command injection in FOITT Oblique CLI 15.4.0 allows attackers to execute shell commands locally through a crafted project name. The project-creation path concatenates the project-name argument into shell command strings and passes them to execSync() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Execution requires a user to invoke the CLI with the crafted name; injected commands run with that user's privileges and can read, modify, or interrupt local resources.
