Authenticated data exfiltration via raw search term
Published Aug 15, 2026 · Updated Aug 15, 2026
SQL injection in AppFlowy Cloud's Quick Note feature allows remote authenticated users to exfiltrate underlying PostgreSQL data. The select_quick_notes_with_one_more_than_limit function embeds search_term in a JSON-path expression and appends it through QueryBuilder::push without parameter binding. Any authenticated account with Quick Note access can reach the query; database-data exfiltration is established, but write or delete access is not.
