Order price manipulation via trusted client-supplied totals
Published Jan 29, 2026 · Updated Jan 29, 2026
Business logic errors in Bdtask Bhojon 20260116 allow remote authenticated users to submit orders with attacker-chosen totals. The /hungry/placeorder Checkout endpoint trusts client-supplied orggrandTotal, vat, service_charge, and grandtotal values without recalculating the price. Low-privileged network access is sufficient to reduce the accepted final price, affecting order integrity and restaurant revenue without reported data disclosure or service interruption.
