Administrator account creation via OAuth route substring

Cross-site request forgery in Meow Apps AI Engine 3.6.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to create WordPress administrator accounts. The reauth_for_authorize handler accepts a REQUEST_URI substring match for the OAuth route without validating a nonce, so WordPress's _method=POST override turns a crafted top-navigation GET into an authenticated REST users request. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to follow the crafted link; the attacker needs no account and supplies the new administrator credentials.
