Model weight disclosure via untrusted peer enrollment

Missing authentication in SGLang 0 through 0.5.15 allows remote attackers to exfiltrate model weights through distributed transfer routes. The weight-transfer control routes accept caller-supplied peer addresses and enroll those peers in an NCCL group that broadcasts every model parameter. Exploitation requires a network-reachable server with no API keys, outbound connectivity, and a compatible receiver; external capture was not demonstrated end to end.
