Data disclosure via unsanitized category IDs
Published Aug 16, 2026 · Updated Aug 16, 2026
SQL injection in Quiz and Survey Master before 11.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to read database contents via randon_category. In the quiz rendering path referenced by the CVE record, the plugin passes category IDs from the randon_category quiz option into a question-selection SQL query without sanitizing them before query construction. Exploitation requires Custom-level or higher access to quiz options, and the published impact is limited to database data extraction rather than direct data modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
