Authenticated command execution via unsanitized FOTA URL

Command injection in D-Link DWR-M961 1.1.47 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. The /bin/boa handler sub_419920 accepts fota_url after checking only its protocol prefix, inserts it into a shell command with sprintf, and passes the result to system without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Access requires a valid web-management session, and successful exploitation controls the router operating system rather than downstream systems.
