CVE-2026-15887Network attack vector

Authenticated blind SSRF via SOAP request processing

Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026

Blind SSRF in IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 and 9.0 allows remote authenticated users to trigger outbound requests through SOAP processing. IBM has not published the SOAP element or handler that supplies the request destination, or the validation error that permits it. A low-privileged authenticated account is required; exploitation can expose or alter data reachable through the server's outbound network access.
