Remote code execution via forged upload configuration

Arbitrary file upload in WPMU DEV Forminator Forms before 1.56.2 allows remote attackers to upload executable files via public forms. A crafted Select-field value can inject a forged Upload record that process_uploads() trusts as field configuration, and handle_file_upload() then accepts ph(p)|text/x-php because the dangerous-extension blocklist removes only exact MIME-map keys. Exposure requires a published form with both Select and File Upload fields; remote code execution follows when uploads land in a custom storage root without the usual .htaccess execution block.
