Pre-authentication crash via unbounded replica ID parsing

Stack buffer overflow in 389 Directory Server allows remote attackers to crash ns-slapd via a crafted replication request. get_ruvelement_from_berval() in repl5_ruv.c copies digit characters from a network-supplied RUV berval into a fixed 16-byte stack buffer without bounding the loop. Payload decoding occurs before authorization, so default anonymous access permits one LDAP extended operation to abort the protected process; restricted LDAP access or disabled anonymous access blocks the unauthenticated path.
