Application crash via unterminated GOAWAY debug data

Heap buffer over-read in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 libsoup3 3.0 through 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to crash applications. The HTTP/2 GOAWAY handler treats Additional Debug Data as a NUL-terminated C string and reads beyond the frame buffer when no delimiter occurs within its length. Exploitation requires an application using libsoup3 to connect to a malicious HTTP/2 endpoint; the grounded consequence is an application crash.
