Unauthenticated application crash via oversized control frames

Denial of service in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 through 10 allows remote attackers to crash libsoup WebSocket applications. The control-frame parser in soup-websocket-connection.c accepts PING, PONG, or CLOSE payloads over 125 bytes instead of rejecting the connection, disrupting its state machine. No authentication or user interaction is required, but only applications using libsoup for WebSocket networking are exposed, and the reported impact is process or connection termination.
