Stored cross-site scripting in Simple Bible Verse via Shortcode 1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through verse attributes. The verse shortcode incorporates user-supplied attributes into rendered page output without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required, and the stored script executes in a visitor's browser whenever an injected page is viewed.
