Unrestricted file upload in Code Projects Online Job Portal System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via public registration. The public registration handler passes the original txtFile name to move_uploaded_file without extension, MIME, filename, or content validation, placing it in an executable web directory. No login is required; requesting the uploaded PHP file runs commands with the web server account privileges.
