Cross-tenant data disclosure via unchecked golfer_id
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
Broken object-level authorization in the foreUP customer REST API allows remote authenticated users to read other customers' records. The endpoint accepts a caller-controlled golfer_id and returns the matching record without verifying that the JWT subject owns it. A low-privilege customer account is sufficient to read cross-tenant profiles, contact details, payment tokens, and billing and transaction history.
