Merchant credential disclosure via customer-record response

Credential exposure in the foreUP customer REST API allows remote authenticated users to read facility merchant API credentials. Each customer-record response returns the facility's cleartext finix_username, finix_password, and finix_merchant_id fields, even for the caller's own record. A single low-privilege customer account is sufficient, and the exposed live credentials grant access to the facility's Finix payment-processor account.
