Developer-level interface manipulation via HTML injection

Published Apr 15, 2026 · Updated Apr 15, 2026

HTML injection in a Pega Platform user interface component in versions 8.1.0 through 25.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML tags. Pega has not disclosed the affected component or the input-handling operation that permits the unneutralized markup. Exploitation requires developer or administrator access and can alter rendered content, but Pega reports only certain HTML-tag injection rather than JavaScript execution.
