Information disclosure in GoClaw 3.13.3-beta.0 through 3.13.3-beta.3 allows remote authenticated users to read local files. handleNavigate checks targetUrl only for emptiness before Manager.Navigate passes it to Rod without a URL-scheme allowlist, permitting file URLs. Exploitation requires operator-or-higher access, the browser tool, a reachable Chrome or Chromium CDP endpoint, and a file readable by the browser process account.
