Credential exfiltration via unbound X-Grafana-URL override

SSRF in Grafana Labs Grafana MCP server 0.17.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to send requests with configured credentials. The SSE and streamable-HTTP request context accepts a caller-controlled X-Grafana-URL as the outbound base URL while falling back to environment credentials and extra headers. Network access to either transport is enough to disclose the Grafana token or probe internal services and cloud metadata endpoints.
