Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized jffs2_exec

OS command injection in Shibby Tomato 1.28.0000 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root via NVRAM. The sbin/rc start_jffs2 routine passes the jffs2_exec NVRAM value directly to system() without validation, escaping, or an allowlist. Admin-level Web UI or CLI access must set the value, JFFS2 must mount, and start_jffs2 must run; the payload then executes persistently as root.
