Authenticated file disclosure via unrestricted PHP include
Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026
Local file inclusion in SourceCodester Online Book Store System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to disclose server-side files. The administrative /admin/index.php endpoint passes the page query value to a PHP include or require operation without restricting the selected filename. Administrative access is required; a crafted php://filter value returns Base64-encoded PHP source, exposing application code and embedded secrets.
