Unauthenticated SQL injection via concatenated httpOID

SQL injection in PlanGiveOut.aspx in Jinher OA 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through the httpOID parameter. The PlanSelect handler directly concatenates httpOID into a Microsoft SQL Server query without validation or parameterization. No authentication is required, and a time-delay request demonstrates database command execution that can expose or modify application data.
