Authenticated command execution via stored lan_ip injection

OS command injection in Wavlink WL-NU516U1 firmware 260515 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through lan_ip. The adm.cgi page=lan handler stores lan_ip unchanged in UCI; page=openDHCP then inserts it with sprintf into an ifconfig command passed to system(). Low-privileged management access is sufficient, and shell separators execute commands with the CGI process's privileges.
