Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated custom registry URL

Server-side request forgery in AstrBot 4.25.0 through 4.25.2 allows remote authenticated users to access internal HTTP services. The get_online_plugins handler passes the custom_registry URL through _build_registry_source and into session.get without destination, scheme, redirect, or private-network validation, then derives a second MD5 URL for another request. Dashboard credentials are required; successful requests can probe loopback or private services reachable from the AstrBot host.
