Unauthenticated UI redressing via unescaped CSS value
Published Aug 16, 2026 · Updated Aug 16, 2026
CSS injection in Product Table & List Builder for WooCommerce 5.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter page styles via AJAX. The unauthenticated wcpt_ajax() handler JSON-decodes shortcode attributes, filters only attribute names, strips only square and angle brackets, and inserts laptop_scroll_offset verbatim into inline top and max-height declarations. Exposure requires a rendered product table with sticky sidebar enabled; the bounded impact is UI redressing and phishing, while CSS data exfiltration depends on page content and browser behavior.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
